Introduction and Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and tak99 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our"). Accurate Information

All information provided during registration must be truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information — including a false date of birth, a name that does not match your identification documents, or a mobile number you do not own — is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds.

Password and Login Security

You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify tak99 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security breach. tak99 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login credentials secure.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

tak99 processes all deposits and withdrawals in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform supports transactions via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay. All deposit and withdrawal requests are subject to the processing times, minimum amounts, and verification requirements applicable at the time of the request, as displayed within the cashier section.

Deposits

Deposits must be made from a payment method registered in your own name. tak99 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Depositing funds constitutes your instruction to tak99 to apply those funds to your gaming account. tak99 reserves the right to refuse or reverse a deposit if it cannot verify the source of funds or the identity of the depositing party.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit where possible. Before a withdrawal is approved, tak99 may require you to complete identity verification (KYC). Conditions that may delay or prevent a withdrawal include:

• Pending active bonus wagering requirements that have not yet been fully completed.
• Unverified account identity where tak99 has requested but not yet received satisfactory KYC documentation.
• An ongoing investigation into suspected fraudulent activity or a suspected breach of these Terms by the account holder.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

tak99 may offer welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotions from time to time. All such offers are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each promotion. The following general conditions apply to all bonuses:

• Bonuses are credited to your account in the form of bonus funds, which are separate from real-money funds. Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the associated rollover requirement is fully met.
• tak99 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice if it suspects abuse or breach of the applicable bonus terms.

• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity, or using tak99 for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including sharing information during live games.

tak99 employs fraud detection and account monitoring tools. If your account is flagged for review, you may be asked to provide identity documents or other evidence before normal account functions are restored. tak99's determination in matters of fraud, abuse, or terms violations is final.

6. Responsible Gaming
